Ann Boyles Brown, of Charlotte NC, was born April 28, 1939 and is now in the arms of her Lord and Savior. Surrounded by her loving family, she closed her eyes here on earth and opened them in heaven on March 13, 2026.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, James Brown; her children, Jimmy Brown (Kathy Chavez), Julie Putnam (Sam), and Jeff Brown (Wendy).
She was the proud grandmother of six grandchildren; Ashlyn Austin (Adam), Jamie Clay (Brad), Dillon Brown (Hannah), Brandon Putnam (Taylor), Carrie Anderson (Caleb), and Alex Chavez. She also cherished her great-grandchildren; Ada Austin, Parker Clay, Sage Putnam, Creece Anderson, and Coulee Anderson.
Ann was a faithful member of Mallard Creek Presbyterian Church, where she served in the Presbyterian Women’s organization and on various church committees. She was especially involved in the children’s ministries for many years, using her creativity to enrich their lessons and help provide a strong foundation in the Christian faith.
