Carl Eugene Edwards, 75, of Charlotte, NC passed away on July 20, 2017 at Levine Dickson Hospice House. He was born June 9, 1942 in Charlotte, NC to the late Carl Edwards, Sr. and Flora G. Edwards.
He was a electrician and retired from Star Electric. He belonged to Long Creek Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Oasis Temple, and Eastern Star.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara H. Edwards; daughters, Sarah Goff (husband Gregg) of Brownsburg, IN, Amy Jordan (husband Aaron) Charlotte, NC, Crystal Acker (husband James) of Charlotte, NC; grandchild, Vivien Acker; two step-grandchildren, Caleb and Gracie Acker.
A private invitation only service will be held to honor Mr. Edwards Life.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Levine and Dickson Hospice House or Shriner Children’s Hospital.
