Melissa "Missy" Taylor

Melissa “Missy” Taylor, 56, of Cornelius, NC passed away on November 26, 2025.

She was born in Winston-Salem, NC on November 9, 1969 to the late Melba Bookout and Carl Bookout.

Missy was a beloved mother, wife and friend, who enjoyed bird-watching, antiquing and most of all, spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Holly Taylor; husband, Todd Taylor; uncle, Jim Bookout; aunts, Willa Schlegel and Wanda Egly.
