Diann Cook

Diann Sloop Cook, 79, of Mooresville, passed away on December 3, 2021. She was born in Mooresville on November 4, 1942, the daughter of the late Henry Joseph Sloop and Margie Marie Perkins Sloop. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Cook. 

Diann enjoyed cooking, fishing, going to the beach, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved the Lord and her family. She will be remembered as the best and most loving Mom in the world. 

Diann is survived by her children, Renee Smawley and husband Tracy, along with their children Joshua, Alyssa, James, Joseph, and Jayson; Rhonda Kee, along with her daughter McKenna; Marie Decker and husband Eric, along with their son Chase; and her canine companion, Cody.
