Eleanor "Ellie" Elizabeth Flavin

Eleanor "Ellie" Elizabeth Flavin, 77, of Cornelius, North Carolina passed away peacefully on June 18, 2023.

She was born in Lynn, MA on January 30, 1946 to the late Warren and Mary Thorton Davis. Along with her parents, Ellie is preceded in death by six siblings.

Ellie lived most of her life in Lynn, MA and was a graduate of Lynn Classical High School. She never met a stranger and loved to decorate, garden, and spend time with her beloved family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Richard J. Flavin; daughters, Colleen Theriault and husband Adam of Danvers, MA, and Katie Clark and husband Jim of Mooresville, NC; two stepsons, Patrick Flavin and wife Kim of Gainesville, GA and Daniel Flavin and wife Jane of Glastonbury, CT; sister, Beverly Dagget of Lynn, MA; and six grandchildren who were Ellie's greatest joy, Abigail, Jacob, Ella, Evan, Jack and Lindsay.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Rd., Huntersville, NC. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am in the Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home chapel.
