Mrs. Ellen Anita Sepeda Chandler, 94, of Mooresville, NC died Tuesday April 10, 2012. She was born November 20, 1917 in Leesville, LA. daughter of the late John and Christine LaRoux Sepeda Graveside services will be conducted Friday April 13, 2012 in Houston Texas She is survived by her grandson, Thomas Monk and wife Paula, great grandchildren, Genine Foster and husband Joseph and T.J.
