Frances Buttrill Wright

Frances Buttrill Wright, 87, of Huntersville, NC passed away on June 19th, 2022. She was born in Atlanta, GA on December 30, 1934 to the late Dupre Andrew Buttrill and Irene (Bishop) Buttrill.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband John W. Wright, her daughter, Pamela Ruth Lavendar, sister Andrewlene (Buttrill) Rooks and brother Sonny Buttrill.

Frances is survived by her sister Eugenia (Buttrill) Burks (Eric), son John Wright (Marjorie); granddaughter, Patricia Pearson (Chad); grandson, Sonny Meyers (Jessica); grandson, David Wright; granddaughter, Heather Wright; great-grandchildren, Shanda, Cam'ron, Aaliyah and Bailey Meyers, Logan Pearson and Stella Wall, Draven and Jaxx Meyers; and great great-grandchildren, Salem and Lydia Hawkins, Hailey, and Bellamy.

She was a longtime member of the Dawson Memorial Baptist Church and would travel with the church senior choir. She loved to travel, especially when going on camping trips. She also enjoyed attending family reunions and spending time with those she loved.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville, NC.
