Geoffrey T. Bamford, 74 of Huntersville NC passed on May 14, 2024.
He was born in Troy, New York on December 28, 1949 to the late John & Bernice Bamford.
Geoff was a devoted and loving husband, and he and Barbara recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. He was active in his church, enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and one of his greatest joys was watching his children and then grandchildren play sports.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Tim (Melissa), Dan (Heather), and Laurie (Robert); grandchildren, Adelyn, Keegan, Trenton, Ben, Matthew, Marilyn, Aubrey, Mackenzie, and Logan; and brothers, Ross, Scott and Tim.A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Lake Norman Baptist Church, 7921 Sam Furr Rd, Huntersville NC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Geoffrey's memory to your local youth recreational sports league.
