George T. Perry, 96, of Liberty, SC died Monday, February 15, 2021 after a brief illness. He was born a son of the late Tom and Mae Perry.
George is preceded in death by his loving wife, Annie Ruth Crenshaw Perry, of Pendleton, SC; a daughter, Barbara McKenzie of Greenwood, SC; a sister, Myra Dorrity and a brother, Stewart Perry.
He is survived by two daughters, Jane Turpin of Cornelius, NC and Jean Sackett of Cornelius, NC; and a sister, Polly Owen of Liberty, SC; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He served as a Deacon of Calvary Baptist Church in Liberty, SC. He had a long interest in hunting and fishing in his years of retirement.
A service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Liberty, SC at 1:00pm on Saturday, February 20, 2021. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:00pm. Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home will be serving the family. Online condolences may be made at www.KepnerFH.com
