Graycen Avery Hart

Just 40 hours after coming into the world, Graycen Avery Hart passed away peacefully in her parents arms in Charlotte, NC.

During that fleeting time, she touched many lives and was loved by many. Born 12 weeks early and weighing 2lbs, 1oz, Graycen was still able to show off her strength and vibrant personality. She was born at 3:09 pm on May 28th, 2020 and passed away on May 30th, shortly after 8:00 am.

She is survived by her mother, Keshama Hart; her father, Eric Hart; her grandparents Jeanne and Bryan Roberts; Dave and Cindy Hart; but most importantly her twin (and big) sister, Alyse Kelce Hart.
