Harry Joseph Marker III

Harry Joseph Marker III, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on August 19, 2024 at age 37.

Harry was born on June 29, 1987 in Lewes, Delaware to Harry Marker Jr. and Jacqueline Ann Bailey (née Smith). 

He leaves behind a loving family: his wife, Christina Marker (née Rann); children, Isaiah Marker (mother Christina Marker), Aubrie and Logan Marker, Allyson Yeager (mother Alicia Yeager) and Landen Allen (Landen’s mother); his mother, Jacqueline Bailey; sister, Sarah Elbaz; father, Harry Marker Jr. and stepmother, Virginia “Ginny” (Harrigan) Marker; grandparents, Harry Marker Sr. and Betty Marker; stepsister, Tiffany Marker; nieces, Serenity Gray and Madelyn Hunter; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mureen and Earl Rann; sister-in-law, Safiya Rann and Safiya’s fiancé, James Upchurch; aunts and uncle Jason and Alac Marker, Ivy Robinson; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Tyler and Andy Marker. 

Known for his charming personality, Harry had the unique ability to engage and persuade, making him a beloved figure among those who knew him. He leaves behind many friends. His passion for playing the guitar brought joy to himself and those who heard him.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 11:00AM - 12:00PM at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM at the funeral home followed by interment at Mt. Zion Community Cemetery, Cornelius. Following the interment, the family will host a repast at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Love Life, a pro-life ministry, in Harry’s memory.
