Helen W. Jacobs

Mrs. Helen Louise Windsor Jacobs, 90, of Cornelius, NC died Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Novant Health-Huntersville. Born January 24, 1924 in Greensboro, NC she was a daughter of the late John Sherman Windsor and Mary Catherine Yarbrough Windsor. Prior to her retirement she was a sales representative for Sun Beam Appliance Co. Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 noon Saturday, March 22, 2014 in the Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery, 1155 E. Ridge Road. Salisbury, NC. A celebration of her life will follow in the Fellowship Hall of the Church. She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Stephen Baxter Jacobs and wife Martha of Cornelius; brother, C. Fraley Windsor and wife Mildred of Fayetteville; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Sidney Jacobs; brothers, Wilbur, John Robert and William Thomas Windsor and sisters, Mary SueYoung, Florence Linder and Mildred King.
