James P. Carter, 61, of Charlotte, NC passed away on July 27, 2017.
James was born in Baltimore, Maryland on July 13, 1956 to Erle P. Carter and Cynthia C. Carter.
James P. Carter is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his sister, Cynthia Salatino and husband Matthew Salatino of Huntersville; and niece Elizabeth and husband Bradley Gleckler of Charlotte.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC.
