James Peter Levas

James P. Levas, 82, of Huntersville, NC passed away on December 16, 2020.

 

James was born in Albany, NY on April 2, 1938.

 

He is survived by his wife, Marcia Levas; children, Michael Levas and Katie Levas Marshall and their spouses Krista Levas and Ryan Marshall; and grandchildren, Alyssa Rae and Evelyn Rose.

 

Jim knew no stranger. Whether it was down an aisle at a grocery store, on the Greenway walking his dog, or slinging cigars at Smokes, he had an impact on everyone he came into contact with. He shined the most when telling stories and making others laugh. Jim was a loving family man, hilarious friend, and proud Marine. He will be missed immensely everyday. Semper Fi.

 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
