Janet Rachel Mann

Janet Mann, 78, of Cornelius, NC passed away on Monday July 20, 2026.

Janet was born in Bridgeport, CT on October 13, 1947, to the late Joseph A. Mann and Jean D. Mann.

Janet was a US Air Force Veteran having served during Vietnam as a Staff Nurse. She loved her great nieces & nephews, her cats, watching the Maine Cabin Masters.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Antoinette Sala and brother-in-law, Francis V. Sala.

She is survived by her nieces, Cathleen Sala Piacente and Christine Sala Clemmer; nephew-in-law, Sean Clemmer; great nieces and nephews, Devin Piacente, Lily Sames, Mason Piacente, Kasey Clemmer, Jace Clemmer, Porter Piacente and Gage Piacente.

No visitations will be held. In lieu of flowers, please make online gifts in memory of Janet Mann, to the Dementia Society of America.
