Jayla Rose Bowden

Jayla Rose Bowden, 1½, of Charlotte, NC passed away on December 14, 2025.

Jayla was born in Charlotte, NC on December 26, 2023 to James and Jasmine Bowden.

Jayla was a spit fire that loved to play possum, especially when meeting new people and smiling heavenly.  She loved the color yellow and all kinds of animals.  She loved her stuffed animals and her brothers.

She is survived by her Parents, James and Jasmine Bowden; her brothers Jaleel and Jaxon Shipman; Grandparents Roger and Vickie Bowden; Grandfather Malcolm Edwards; along with many cousins, aunts and uncles.

A visitation and service will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025.
