Jeanne H. Bobbitt

Jeanne Hunt Bobbitt, 88, of Davidson, NC, died on Sept. 3, 2015 at The Pines at Davidson. She was born August 12, 1927 to the late Henry Gardner Hunt and Helen (McBratnie) Hunt Loeffler. After graduating from the University of Michigan, she lived in Huntington, WV, Newport News, VA and Davidson, NC. She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. John M. Bobbitt. Survivors include her three daughters: Mary (Bill) Richardson of Richmond, VA, Martha (Joel) Myers of Spring Hill, FL, and Sarah (Brian) Jenest of Davidson, NC., as well as 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A private memorial celebration will be planned for a future date. Visitation will be held Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015 from 4-6 p.m. at the home of Brian and Sarah Jenest, 312 O'Henry Ave. in Davidson.
