Jennie Donohue

In loving memory of our mother Jennie Donohue, who passed away on June 2nd 2022. She was the devoted wife of Alfred Donohue a former pressman of the New York Times. She was the loving mother of Patricia, Joan and Barbara. She was a loving grandmother to her 7 grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Joseph, Allen, Jamie, Kristen, and Jessica. She was a second loving mom to her “sons-in-law” John and Frank. She also leaves behind 9 beautiful great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all.

 

Our mother was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own.  She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. She instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and doing what was right.  Our mom left wonderful memories to “all” the lives she touched.

 

Jennie requested no services be held and that her ashes be spread. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the St Jude’s foundation in her name.
