JoAnne W. Ware

Aug 6, 1940 — Sep 3, 2026

Denver

JoAnne W. Ware was born on August 6, 1940, in Framingham, Massachusetts, to Henry and Edith Wales.  At a young age, she relocated to Florida, where she spent many cherished years in Palm Springs North.  She later moved to Orlando in the early 1990s before eventually settling in Denver, North Carolina.

JoAnne had a generous heart and a deep love for her community.  She enjoyed coaching softball and giving her time to help make her neighborhood a better place.  She spent most of her career in health care, where she managed (3) medical offices.  It was her calling to make a difference.  She was a loving, caring, and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister.  She was a wonderful sister to her brother, Dennis, and treasured the bonds she shared with her family.

JoAnne was a beautiful woman with an even more beautiful soul.  Her family was her greatest joy, and she was a constant source of love, strength, encouragement, and support.  The love she gave so freely will continue to live on through the generations she leaves behind.

JoAnne is survived by her beloved brother, Dennis Wales; her children, Alan Ware, Deborah Ware, and James Ware; daughter-in-law, Misty Ware; granddaughter, Candace Santana, and her husband, Roberto Santana; grandson, Dalton Ware; and great-granddaughters, Ella and Violet Santana.

Her life was a gift.  Her love was a blessing.  Her memory is our treasure.

Rest in Peace, Mom.

You will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
