Karon Sutter Moore

Karon Ann Sutter Moore, 80, of Charlotte NC passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, November 22,2025 after a lengthy battle with dementia.

Karon leaves behind her husband Dan Moore; a son Trevor Moore and Wife Julie of Charlotte, NC; a daughter Tracey Moore of Denver, NC; and three grandchildren.

Karon was originally from Winona, MN where she met and married her husband Dan in 1964. They lived in many places during Dan’s service in the United States Air Force before finally settling down in North Carolina.

Karon was employed in numerous positions, most notably at Womack Army Hospital in Fort Bragg, NC, and worked at the Title Company of North Carolina in Charlotte NC before she retired.

She enjoyed playing golf, doing yard work with her husband, and spending time with her family.

A private service for family is planned with interment following at the Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC.  Please check back for the service date & time.
