Kenneth James Loucks

Kenneth James Loucks, born on March 26, 1946, in East Cleveland, Ohio, peacefully departed this life on June 10, 2025, in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was a cherished father, an esteemed colleague, and a dear friend to many, leaving behind a legacy marked by kindness and a commitment to those he loved.

Kenneth was the beloved son of Clarence James Loucks and Jane Phillips Loucks, both of whom have preceded him in death. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Judith Steel.

He is survived by his devoted children, Alycia (Jim) Parsons and Jason Loucks.

Services will be held privately by the family in Ohio at a later date.
