Lisa Renee Follmer

Lisa Renee Follmer, lovingly remembered as a devoted mother, wife, and supporter of autism services for children, passed away on July 9, 2024, in Huntersville, NC. She was born on November 1, 1962, in Detroit, MI. 

Lisa will be dearly missed by her surviving family members: her loving husband Jay Follmer, daughter Georgie Hodge, son Stephen Follmer, grandson Kayden  Hodge, and sister Leslie Guyor.

In addition to her surviving family members, Lisa is preceded in death by her late father George Boucher and late mother Carolyn Roth Boucher. Her legacy of love and kindness will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her.

Lisa had a profound love for the English rock band Depeche Mode and cherished the memories created through their music. She had a keen eye for fashion and stayed up to date with the latest fashion trends. Her kind and compassionate nature was evident in her unwavering support for autism services for children.

Family and friends are invited to honor and remember Lisa at the visitation service on July 14, 2024, at Raymer - Kepner in Huntersville from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The funeral service will take place the following day on July 15, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM at the same location. A private burial ceremony will be held in St. Louis, MO.
