Molly Larner

Molly Kay (Beach) Larner, age 48, of Charlotte NC passed away on November 18, 2022 in Huntersville NC after a long fight with cancer.  She was born on October 7, 1974 in Morgantown, WV to Corbit Delano Beach and Jane Lew (Kerns) Beach and was the youngest of six children.

Molly graduated from Hundred High School in 1992 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Marymount University followed by a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Sustainability from Furman University.  At the time of her death, she was the owner of The Product Collaborative in Charlotte.

Molly is survived by her husband, Joseph Scott Larner and their beloved daughter Ruby Grace, both of Charlotte; her parents Corbit and Jane Beach of Mannington WV; her siblings Corbett Beach Jr. (Alice) of Westover, Allison Burnell (Dan) of Mannington, Rebecca Beach of Idamay and Jennifer Beach of Mannington. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends, neighbors, coworkers and clients, as well as her dog Tinsley, her cat Dave, and her rescue kitties Mama, Mittens, Preshie and Katie B.

Molly was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Justin and Alma (Bryan) Beach of Mt. Morris PA; her maternal grandparents Jerry and Ollie May (Vance) Kerns of Morgantown; her loving sister Julie Lynn Kersey (Michael) of Mannington; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and her special pets Rex and George.

Molly wished to be cremated and her ashes spread among her flowers.  A memorial service will be planned for sometime in the spring to honor her wishes.  In lieu of flowers, the family recommends making a donation to the Humane Society of Charlotte at https://humanesocietyofcharlotte.org/give/in-honormemory-of/.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Milam and the staff at Atrium Health, Dr. Powderly and staff at Carolina BioOncology Institute and Novant Health in Huntersville, and all the distant family members, neighbors, friends and coworkers who have done so much to help during this time of sorrow
