Olivia Catherine Moloney passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022. She was 14 years old. Olivia was born on April 16th, 2008 in Parker, Colorado. Olivia had an incredible sense of humor and an infectious smile. From the moment she was born, her inner joy seemed to shine. Everyone loved her instantaneously. Olivia had a real love for animals and babies. She was a natural caretaker and was wise beyond her years. Olivia was a very gifted pianist and loved to make short dance videos. She would often take the opportunity to better her golf game with a friendly competition against one of her parents. Olivia was one of her daddy’s angels and one of her mom’s best friends. She was the perfect combination of both of her parents - strong, silly, bold, brave, and beautiful. 

Olivia is survived by her parents Tamara and James; her younger sister Scarlett; her maternal grandparents Catherine and Donald Ellestad; and her paternal grandparents James and Catherine Moloney. Olivia had a close relationship with her great-grandmother Ruth Solano; her uncle Justin; her aunts Kerry and Colleen; her uncles Shane, Mike, and Chad; and cousins Vega, Brendan, James, Emily, Brian, Caitlin, Michael, and Elizabeth. She was an amazing role model to Emma, Liam, McKinley, Rosie, Logan, Leo, Bubby, and Ellie. Olivia brought laughter and joy to every family gathering. She had a beautiful and bright personality that lit up every room. Olivia was loved dearly by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held Friday, September 16, 2022 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home of Huntersville. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 3:00 PM. The service will be available to watch here, via Livestream, beginning at 2:50 PM (if service is interrupted, please contact Facebook for support as the funeral home cannot control broadcast issues).
