Patricia Dickerson

Patricia Dickerson was a beautiful soul. She was gentle, patient, and her kindness & love filled every heart she touched. She was blessed with a marriage filled with love. She is survived by her husband, Joe Dickerson; daughter, Melinda Dickerson; son, Davis Dickerson and wife Kim; and grandsons, Andrew and Austin Dickerson.

She was a devoted teacher in Illinois for over 20 years, and a devoted daughter to her mother, Elsie VanDermark. Her blue eyes sparkled, her hugs were healing, she only saw the best in everyone and she loved to bake. Her Christmas cookies were legendary. She loved singing Christmas carols and show tunes. The world will be less bright without her loving heart and bright smile. 

On Thursday March 3, 2022, Patricia Dickerson, 89, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, went to Heaven.
