Patricia “Patsy” McCall Good, 83, of Denver, North Carolina, peacefully passed away in the morning hours of October 20, 2025, surrounded by love and comfort.
Patricia was born on September 7, 1942, in Morganton, North Carolina, to Anna Belle Causby McCall and Clyde Osborne McCall. Though born in North Carolina, she grew up in Hampton, Virginia, and always held a deep love for the Hampton Roads area that never faded throughout her life.
A proud graduate of Hampton High School, Patricia excelled academically and graduated with honors. During her high school years, she volunteered as a Candy Striper at the hospital in Newport News, Virginia — an early reflection of her kind and caring nature. After graduation, she attended business college in the Hampton Roads area, later continuing her education in a variety of professional fields.
Patricia’s career was marked by dedication and excellence. She served as an executive assistant at NASA in Hampton, Virginia, and held several other executive administrative positions throughout her professional life. Her meticulous work ethic, intelligence, and warmth left lasting impressions on all who worked alongside her.
In her later years, Patricia returned to her North Carolina roots, residing in Morganton and later Denver, NC, where she cherished her time close to family. She is survived by her beloved daughter Tara Ragland Mikitarian and husband Todd, her grandson Stewart Barton Reep and wife Nicole, and her great-granddaughter Lily Christine Reep, who brought her immense joy and pride.
Patricia is also survived by her loving sisters — Judy McCall Nesbitt (and husband Alan), Roxy McCall, and Debbie McCall Smith (and husband Gary) — as well as numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.
Patricia’s life was one of faith, love, and quiet joy. She began each morning with the reading of Christian scripture, finding strength and peace in God’s word. She delighted in crossword puzzles, reading poetry, and sharing meals with family and friends. One of her greatest pleasures was her annual mountain trips with her sisters, creating memories filled with laughter and love.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, located at 16901 Old Statesville Road, Huntersville, NC 28078.
