Patricia Evelyn Varljen

Patricia Evelyn Phillips Varljen, 83, of Davidson, NC, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022 at The Pines at Davidson. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 15, 1938, the daughter of the late Nicholas L. Phillips and Helen Haralovich Phillips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Phillips, formerly of Brunswick, OH.

Patricia was a member of St. Mark Catholic Church. Her many hobbies included playing tennis, golf, bridge, and mahjong. She was a very loving wife and mother and was deeply devoted to her family. She loved to make people laugh through her sarcastic ways.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Louis Varljen; sons, Mark A. Varljen (Cathy) of Jacksonville, FL, and Michael L. Varljen (Mark) of Mooresville, NC; and daughter, Michele A. Varljen of Hiawassee, GA.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022, 1:00 PM, at St. Mark Catholic Church, Huntersville, NC . A visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022, 7:00 - 9:00 PM, at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home of Huntersville, NC. Inurnment will be held on Monday, August 15, 2022, 10:00 AM, at Northlake Memorial Gardens, Huntersville, NC.
