Born on August 15, 1952, in Atlanta, Georgia, Phyllis lived a life enriched by her unwavering faith, deep love for her family, and a genuine spirit of generosity.
A devoted mother, Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Traci Holladay, and son, Randal Dustin Flowers. She was especially proud of her grandchildren, Kinley Holladay and Wyatt Cain Flowers, with whom she shared countless cherished moments. Phyllis held her family close to her heart, always putting their needs before her own, paralleling her daily practice of prayer and reflection.
Phyllis had a vibrant personality that touched the lives of many. Her friends and family knew her as someone who was always ready to lend a helping hand and give her time and resources selflessly. A huge Clemson fan, she enjoyed celebrating every victory and shared her passion for golf with those who could match her enthusiasm.
In addition to her children and grandchildren, she is remembered fondly by her brothers, Al Joyner, Jerry Joyner, and Jeff Joyner, as well as many lifelong friends.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Frances Joyner, and her sisters, Tammy Compton and Robin Bradley. Their memories continue to be an integral part of her family's legacy.
Phyllis leaves behind a profound legacy of faith, kindness, and unwavering love, resonating deeply in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
