Rebecca Ann Sheppard

Rebecca Ann Sheppard, 64, of Charlotte, North Carolina passed away September 16, 2021.

She was born in Charleston, West Virginia on May 26, 1957 to the late Eva Bingham Matthews and Warren Lewis Matthews.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Scott Sheppard; stepson, Stephen Sheppard and step daughter-in-law, Franny Sheppard; stepdaughter, Rachel Sheppard; son David Holcomb; and two grandchildren.

Rebecca owned a successful accounting firm, played the piano, and loved her dog, Jazzie.  She enjoyed traveling to the beach, the city, and anywhere in between.  She also proudly held her pilot’s license.  Rebecca was a beautiful soul who loved and was loved dearly.  She will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Rd., Huntersville.  Funeral services will follow at 5:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will be held privately.
