Robert "Bob" Clemmens Szymczak

Robert “Bob” Clemmens Szymczak, 79, of Huntersville, NC passed away on January 8, 2020. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 15, 1940 to the late Michael Szymczak and Frances Osadrinska Szymczak.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Vassas.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Bonnie Szymczak; son, Robert Szymczak and his wife, Leigh Ann: daughter, Denise Cline and her husband, Troy; grandchildren, Nick Drake, Trevor Cline, Courtney Cline; and special family member, Wayne Chugg and family.

Bob had a passion for racing and loved watching his kids and grandsons race. He also loved watching his granddaughter’s gymnastics.  Bob was a veteran from the United States Air force.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home in Huntersville, NC.
