Robert Bruce Hicks

Robert Bruce Hicks, 78, of Cornelius, passed away on August 10, 2023.

Bruce was born in Alameda California on September 29, 1944, to George and Beverly Hicks.  He was a caring son, loving husband, and exceptional father and grandfather.  He spent his career in the communications Industry and brought a great deal of success to his employer, as well as a great deal of joy to his family, friends, and strangers.  He is survived by his wife Carol Hicks, his son and daughter-in-law Brett and Brittani Hicks, and his granddaughter Gracyn Hicks.

Bruce was laid to rest in a private ceremony on August 14, 2023.  He will forever be missed and loved by those whose life he had the most impact on - his family.  Additionally, he will be missed by the many friends he had all over and by those strangers he had yet to meet.
