Roberto Vega Padua

Roberto Vega Padua, 75, of Charlotte, NC passed away on August 25, 2026.

Roberto was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on August 7, 1951, to the late Elsa Padua and Roberto Vega.

Roberto served in the U.S. National Guard for 14 years. He loved traveling and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Omayra De Jesus, and by his daughters, Yanitza Vega-Hughes, Lizbeth Vega, Genesys Balaguer, and Roberto Vega III, and his brother Fernando Vega Padua.

In lieu of visitation or viewing services, the family will hold a private celebration of life at home.
