Sandra V. Langos

Sandra VanHorn Langos, 85, of Huntersville, North Carolina passed away February 26, 2026. Born March 2, 1940, in Portland, Oregon, she was the daughter to the late George VanHorn and Betty Pyeatt VanHorn. Sandra is survived by her son, Dwayne Langos (Karen); daughter, Kori Morris (Richard); two grandsons, Noah and Jacob Morris; and sister, Nancy Dostalik. 

Sandra always had a smile on her face and could turn any conversation into one with endless laughter. Her keen eye for detail and spirited personality became a powerful asset as a real estate agent, a job that she spent 35 successful years doing. In her free time, Sandra enjoyed refinishing furniture and spending time with friends and family. Her true passion was gardening which showed that even a sprout from the smallest seed could become a large blossom of beauty and wonder. She was a loving Christian woman who showed her faith in all that she did in life. Even though her family misses her deeply, they rest easy knowing that she has gone to be with her Lord and beloved dog, Sophie. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home, 16901 Old Statesville Rd., Huntersville.
