Thelma Jean (TJ) Fisher, 77, of Davidson, NC went home to be with the Lord on March 4, 2024. TJ was born in Charleston, WV on November 19, 1946, to the late Clarence Thompson Jr. and Thelma Thompson.
She is survived by her three children: Teresa Fisher, Kimberlie (Terry) Frame and Austin Fisher; Grandchildren: Faith Frame, Christian Frame, Cheylan Fisher, Allison Fisher and Collin Fisher; Sisters: Shelia Gibson Rummans and Linda Woods; and close family, Christina Fisher, in addition to multiple nieces, nephews and cousins.
TJ was a faithful servant to the Lord, attended and helped to serve at Grace Covenant Church (Cornelius, NC) as well as Chaplin with the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team and volunteered at the Neighborhood Care Center, Cornelius, NC. She was Corporate Director of Information Systems/Services, Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, WV. She also worked as a Systems Analyst, NASA, Pan Am World Services, Cape Canaveral-Kennedy, Florida. She was always busy, enjoyed gardening, was a Master gardener, loved watching and feeding her birds and loved doing genealogy of her family. Both of her faithful companions, Bosch (late), and Finley, added so much joy and love to her life.
TJ was the Matriarch of her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her family deeply loved and cherished her. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Mother was a true Champion.
