Timothy Mark Steward

Timothy Mark Steward, 49, of Davidson, NC passed into heaven on February 21, 2020.

Tim was born in Santa Monica, CA on March 9, 1970 to Linda L. Steward and the late Robert M. Steward.

Tim passionately loved Jesus, his wife Jen, and son Josh. He enjoyed teaching people God’s word and was excellent in taking complicated subjects and making them easy to understand.  He enjoyed reading, a wide variety of music, watching Josh’s basketball games, and helping to lead the youth group.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer L. Steward; son, Joshua T. Steward; mother, Linda L. Steward; brothers, Gary and Daniel Steward; nephews, Matthew, Costa, and Brandon; and nieces, Rachael, Carlee, Madison, and Morgan.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Lake Forest Church, 8519 Gilead Rd. Huntersville, NC 28078 with a reception to immediately follow.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, a college fund has been set up to assist with Joshua’s future education and there is also a GoFundMe to cover Jen and Josh’s immediate needs.
