In Loving Memory of Toby Wayne Ramsey

Toby Wayne Ramsey passed away peacefully in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is now reunited with his beloved parents, Julia and Joe Ramsey, and his sister Barbara, who preceded him in death.

Toby was a genuine and kind man, with a quiet strength that touched those around him. He had a deep love for sports and was a loyal fan of the Pittsburgh teams and the Atlanta Braves, always enjoying the thrill of the game. In his younger years, he played softball and practiced martial arts—expressions of his energy and discipline.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Karolls "Julie" Ramsey, and his siblings Pamela Ramsey, Kathy Williams, and Jamie Ramsey.

Toby’s cremation will be held privately, and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025 (Time to be announced). He will be remembered for his steady presence, his love of sports, and the sincere kindness he shared with everyone who knew him.
