Mrs. Trina Duree Jones Hunter, 50, of Huntersville, NC died Thursday February 9, 2012 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House. Born October 4, 1961 in Charlotte she was a daughter of Mary House Jones of Charlotte and the late Murle B. Jones. She was a state licensed and nationally certified interpreter for the deaf, a member of R.I.D. and worked for Central Piedmont Community College. A celebration of her life will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Saturday February 11 in the Chapel of Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. A loving wife, devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend she leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Jerry; children, Serenity and Evan; mother, Mary Jones; sisters, Denise (David) Harton of Harrisburg, Teresa (Brent) Lougee of Richmond, VA, Cindy (Howard) Hammer of Belmont, Torrie (James) Thompson of Cornelius; a host of extended family, nieces, nephews and friends. In lieu of flowers memorials may be in her memory to Buddy Kemp Cancer Support Center, 242 S Colonial Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28207.
