William J. Palmer, Jr.

William John Palmer, Jr., 86, of Charlotte, NC died Monday August 12, 2013 at CMC Pineville. Born July 17, 1927 in Horatio, SC he was a son of the late William J. Palmer, Sr and Toy Goble Palmer. He was a veteran of the US Army and retired from the baking industry. Memorial services will be conducted at a later date. He leaves to cherish is memory his son, William John Palmer, III and wife Elaine of Charlotte; daughter, Debbie P Hopper and husband Doug of Huntersville; six grandchildren, Max Palmer of Asheville, Jake Palmer of Charlotte, Anna Hopper of Aloha, OR, Rachel, Laura and Straton Hopper of Huntersville and one great grandchild, Cash Cota.
